Grad Pathways ("we", "our", "us") is an education consultancy based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. We facilitate applications to medical universities abroad and provide related guidance services.

We are not a university, not a government body, and not an immigration firm.

2. Nature of Our Services

Grad Pathways provides information and guidance related to studying medicine abroad. Our services include information about partner universities and programs, application assistance, visa guidance, travel coordination, and post-arrival support.

We do not guarantee admission to any university. Admission decisions are made solely by universities and their respective admission committees.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Grad Pathways does not guarantee admission, visa approval, specific fee structures, seat availability, NMC screening exam outcomes, or unchanged university schedules and criteria.

University schedules, curriculum, fee structures, and admission criteria are subject to change at the discretion of the respective institutions.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Candidates applying through Grad Pathways must meet the eligibility criteria set by their chosen university and country of study, hold a valid passport, satisfy applicable NMC requirements, and provide truthful, accurate information.

Grad Pathways reserves the right to refuse service to applicants whose information is found to be falsified or incomplete.

5. Fees and Payments

All fee information provided on our website or during consultation is indicative only. Tuition fees, accommodation costs, and other charges are set by universities and are subject to change.

Grad Pathways does not charge any fee for initial consultation. Any service fees charged by Grad Pathways will be communicated clearly before payment.

6. Refund Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. University admission fees paid directly to institutions are subject to those institutions' refund policies. Grad Pathways is not liable for refunds of fees paid directly to universities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Grad Pathways shall not be held liable for losses, injuries, or damages arising from university admission decisions, visa rejections or delays, immigration policy changes, academic outcomes, living conditions, personal experiences, or changes in NMC regulations.

Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by the client to Grad Pathways.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not warrant completeness or accuracy. Users should verify details directly with the relevant university or official source before making decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Grad Pathways website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Grad Pathways and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Grad Pathways' services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
