2. Nature of Our Services

Grad Pathways provides information and guidance related to studying medicine abroad. Our services include:

• Information about partner universities and their programs
• Assistance with the application and admission process
• Visa guidance and travel coordination support
• Post-arrival support at the destination university

We do not guarantee admission to any university. Admission decisions are made solely by the universities and their respective admission committees, based on their own criteria.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Grad Pathways does not guarantee:

• Admission to any university or program
• Visa approval, which is the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate
• Specific fee structures, as these may change without notice
• Availability of seats, which depends on the university's internal allocation
• Specific outcomes related to NMC screening exam eligibility, which is subject to change in Indian regulations

University schedules, curriculum, fee structures, and admission criteria are subject to change at the discretion of the respective institutions. Grad Pathways is not liable for any changes made by universities after information has been shared.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Candidates applying through Grad Pathways must:

• Meet the eligibility criteria set by their chosen university and country of study
• Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity
• Satisfy the National Medical Commission (NMC) requirements applicable to Indian students at the time of admission
• Provide truthful, accurate information during the application process

Grad Pathways reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant whose information is found to be falsified or incomplete.

5. Fees and Payments

All fee information provided on our website or during consultation is indicative only. Tuition fees, accommodation costs, and other charges are set by the universities and are subject to change. Grad Pathways does not charge any fee for initial consultation.

Any service fees charged by Grad Pathways will be communicated clearly before any payment is made. All payments should be made through official channels provided by Grad Pathways. We are not responsible for payments made to unofficial accounts or third parties.

6. Refund Policy

Since our services involve university applications and third-party processing, the following applies:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered
• University admission fees paid directly to the institution are subject to that institution's refund policy
• Grad Pathways is not liable for refunds of fees paid directly to universities

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing further action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• Grad Pathways shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from admission decisions made by universities
• Grad Pathways shall not be liable for visa rejections, delays, or changes in immigration policy
• Grad Pathways shall not be liable for academic outcomes, living conditions, or personal experiences at partner universities
• Grad Pathways shall not be liable for changes in NMC regulations, examination requirements, or the validity of degrees for Indian practice

Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by the client to Grad Pathways.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information provided. Users are advised to verify details directly with the relevant university or official source before making any decisions.

University rankings, recognition status (NMC, WHO, ECFMG), and fee structures referenced on our site are subject to change and are provided for guidance only.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Grad Pathways website — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of Grad Pathways and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Grad Pathways' services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
