• Target country and university of interest
• Class 12 status, NEET status, and indicative study budget when you provide them
• The page, form type, and enquiry details associated with your submission
• IP address, device, browser, and usage information collected by our hosting, analytics, and advertising providers

Our website enquiry forms do not request payment-card details, bank-account information, Aadhaar numbers, or other government identification documents.

3. Why We Collect It

We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide personalised university guidance, share relevant admission information, arrange consultations, manage applications when requested, prevent spam or misuse, and improve our website and services.

We also use website and advertising measurement data to understand campaign performance, measure enquiries and conversions, and improve how we communicate our services.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process information you voluntarily provide so that we can respond to your request and take the steps you ask us to take. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.

5. Who We Share It With

We use Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for internal lead management. We may use WhatsApp and related Meta services to communicate with you when you provide a number for that purpose.

Our website uses the Google tag and Google Ads to measure website usage, advertising performance, enquiries, and conversions. Pages may also load content from YouTube, content-delivery services such as FlagCDN, and our hosting or infrastructure providers. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device information, browser information, and the page you visit, subject to their own privacy terms.

We share application information with a partner university only when you ask us to assist with or forward an application. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We retain enquiry and lead information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Newsletter details are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
