We collect the following personal data through our website forms:
- Full name

- Phone number and WhatsApp number
- Indian state of residence
- Target country and university of interest
- IP address and browser information (collected automatically by our web host)
We do not collect health data, financial data, or government IDs such as Aadhaar.

Your data is used exclusively for:
- Responding to your enquiry and providing personalised university guidance
- Sharing relevant admission information and updates
- Processing your consultation booking
- Improving our website and service quality

5. Who We Share It With

- Google Apps Script — our internal webhook for lead management. Data is transmitted in plain text.
- WhatsApp Business API — used to send messages to the phone number you provide.
- Partner Universities — only if you explicitly request us to forward your application to a specific institution.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party outside the above, except as required by Indian law.
6. Data Retention
Lead data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request its deletion — whichever comes first. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

As an Indian citizen under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
